Project Description

As part of a new program to drive efficiency in the overall delivery of IT services the client embarked on a process to replace the existing, ageing IT services management solutions with ServiceNow Express – a leading cloud based IT Services Management (ITSM) solution.  The new solution will replace a number of independent off the shelf and in house developed solutions and will provide the client with a solid platform to support the ongoing improvements in service delivery
