With more than 25 years across delivery, sales, consulting and managed services, Jason brings a blend of commercial thinking and hands-on delivery experience, a combination that’s already reshaping Avec’s footprint across South Australia.
From delivery to shaping a state
Jason’s career started in project delivery before a major State Government bid unexpectedly shifted his path.
“I got put on a huge tender, we won it, and I realised — this is what I want to do. I sort of got addicted to sales.”
Over the next 20 years, he moved through account management, business development and managed services roles before shifting into consulting — drawn to more meaningful outcome-based work.
Joining Avec brought everything together – the delivery experience, the sales mindset, the leadership background – and gave Jason the rare opportunity to build a practice from the ground up.
